Super Simple Summer Suppers

I am never in the mood to cook in the summer or even attempt to think of a menu... so I came up with this list of super simple suppers(Curt came up with the title)

ON the grill
Hamburgers
Turkey burgers
Chicken patties
Teriyaki chicken(posted under chicken)
Chicken in sundried tomato dressing
Hot dogs
or whatever else you like to grill...vegies, potatoes, steak, etc.

Sandwiches
BBQ Beef or Pork (Crockpot)
Sloppy Joes
Hoagies
Grilled Cheese
Egg Mcmuffins(egg+sandwichmeat+cheese on english muffin or bread)
Tomato Bagel Melts (Half bagel with meat, tomato and cheese-broil till cheese is bubbly-can add bacon)
Roast Beef sandwiches and au jus sauce
Meatball subs
steak and pepper sandwiches

Salads
Chicken. grape. celery salad (plain or on crossaints)
Sundried tomato pasta salad(posted below under pasta salad) add chicken for a meal
Red Grilled Chicken salad(posted somewhere)

Homemade pizza,
Take-out or delivery
French bread pizza
English Muffin pizza
Pizza on flattened Rhoades rolls

My dinner ideas

I always grocery shop off of a list. I usually jot down some dinner ideas and then shop for those items needed to make those dinners. However, I don't plan a menu because my schedule is so crazy that we would never stay on track with a menu. Some days all I have time for is to heat up a frozen burrito or something really healthy like that. Ha ha! But anyways, when I do cook in the next few weeks, here's what we'll be having.

Chicken pitas
Beef pot pie
Chicken tetrazzini
Salmon
Lemon chicken broccoli alfredo (Shawna's recipe I think)
Calzones
Tacos
Smoked sausage skillet
