Liquid Chocolate Syrup Mix

1 Cup Cocoa powder
2 Cups of Sugar
blend till all clumps are gone
Add in 1 Cup of cold water & 1/4 tsp of salt if you want
Cook over Medium heat till boiling-once it starts to really bubble up good I take it off the heat.

When cool you can add in 1 Tbsp. of vanilla if you want.
This works as a milk mix, on ice cream, or for hot cocoa-but
