Phyllo wrapped appetizers

From Soup Belly

1 lb. ground beef
1 tomato, chopped
1 onion, chopped
pepper
Any Seasonings you want to spice up your beef
Phyllo dough
oil for brushing
Directions:

1) Thaw out phyllo dough according to the manufacturer’s instructions. I left my dough to thaw in the fridge before the work day started.

2) In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned; drain. Add chopped tomato, onion, Amazing Taste Seasoning and sprinkle pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, then lower heat to simmer for another 5 minutes. When done, set aside to cool.

3) Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Take phyllo dough out of packaging. Take out 3 layers and cut into 3 strips the long way. Take one of the 3 strips and place a spoonful of meat on dough. Roll over like a burrito, twice, then cut and use the rest of the strip up the same way. Brush the top of the roll with olive oil. Place on baking sheet. Repeat.

You may follow the manufacturer’s instructions on how to wrap, bake for 15 minutes or until golden. Serve!
