Chocolate Delight

1 c flour
1/2 c margarine
1/2 c chopped nuts
Pat into 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for 15 min
1 (8 oz) pkg of cream cheese
1 c powdered sugar
1 c. cool whip
Combine and spread over cooled crust and let stand 15 minutes
2 (3 oz) pkgs instant pudding mix
3 c. milk
cool whip
nuts, bananas, coconut, or choc. shavings for top accent
Mix milk and pudding mix. Spread over second layer. Cover with cool whip. Accent toppings opt. Refrigerate.
