Homemade Stroganoff


I love this flavorful homemade stroganoff.  It is so much more healthy as far as real ingredients go, and so much more tasty than the cream of mushroom version.

1 can mushrooms or fresh
1/2 onion chopped
1/2 lb. steak or chicken, cubed,
1 cup cream
1 cup milk
1 cup chicken broth
flour
seasonings
butter

Flour and season steak or chicken pieces and brown in butter with mushrooms and onions. Add remaining ingredients with prefered seasonings and allow to simmer for 20 min. Serve over noodles.
