Philipino Lumpia


1 lb. Ground beef
3 grated carrots
½ head cabbage sliced thin
½ med. Onion diced
½ TBS. Black pepper
½ TBS. Garlic salt
3 cloves garlic, minced
onion powder
I add more garlic and salt to taste
lumpia wrappers (found at asian store) these are different then egg roll wrappers and make a huge difference.

Add all ingredients at the same time in large pot and cook with lid to help steam the veggies. Cook till meat is cooked and veggies are tender.  Drain. Separate lumpia wrappers carefully. Spoon heaping TBS. Of mixture on wrapper. Wrap and fry
