Navajo Tacos

frozen rolls- thawed, (or homemade dough- if you prefer)

Heat oil in a skillet, flatten rolls and fry until slightly golden.
Brown ground beef and onions in a separate pan. Add taco seasoning.
Put taco meat on fryed rolls and top with cheese, sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, or other desired toppings. Enjoy

to try the traditional Indian fry bread instead of rolls:
FRY BREAD:

Beat eggs; add milk. Stir in flour, salt, and baking powder mixing well. Roll out dough very thin on floured board. Cut into desired shapes.
Fry in deep fat until brown. Drain on absorbent paper. In center of one fry bread put two tablespoons pinto beans; top with meat sauce, lettuce, and tomatoes. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Serve hot.
