Grandma's Teriyaki Chicken

uncooked chicken

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 c. soy sauce

1/2 t. ginger

marinate cut-up chicken at room temp. for 1 hour. Bake at 350* for 1 hr. Baste and turn chicken frequently. YUMMY!! can add vegies.
