1 lb. Beef
¾ c. milk
1/4 c. ketchup
1 pkg. Velveeta shells and cheese
1 med. Tomato chopped
¼ c. green onion slices
Brown meat and drain. Ad 11/4 c. water, milk and ketchup (less is better) and bring to boil. Stir in shells and return to boil then simmer till macaroni is done. Add cheese, tomatoes and onion and stir.
