1 lb chicken (about 3-4 breasts)
1 medium onion
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. oil
2 cans great northern beans
14.5 oz can chicken broth
1 can diced green chilies
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
1.2 tsp. pepper
Cook chicken, onion, garlic powder and oil together. Add beans, broth, chilies, seasonings to pot with the first 4 ingredients. Cook for 30 minutes uncovered on a good simmer. Remove from heat and add 1 cup sour cream and 1/2 cup whipping cream. Can add 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper if wanted.
