Blender Salsa

From Barbara Bakes

1 clove garlic, chopped
1/4 yellow onion, chopped
1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes & green chilies, undrained (use mild if you don't like it hot)

1/2 cup cilantro leaves, with some tender stems
juice of 1 lime

salt, to taste

Combine ingredients in the food processor. Pulse until smooth, or leave a little chunky, if desired.
