Symphony Bar Fudge

These are really yummy, I was thinking of trying to make these with a different candy bar like milky way or something. They kind of tasted similar to buttermilk fudge if you've ever had that.


4 c. sugar
2 c. cream
2 cubes butter

Boil in large stockpot up to 230 degrees or barely softball stage. then pour over
3 lg. symphony bars broken up ( plain or the toffee). stir and pour in greased pan 9x13.
