Chocolate Chip Cake Mix Muffins

These taste just like chocolate chip cookies but in muffin form.  You can switch things up here and get creative, white cake mix, pistachio pudding and craisins , choc cake mix with peanut butter chips etc. 

1 Box of Yellow Cake Mix
1 Cup of instant Chocolate Pudding Mix (i used vanilla)
1 Cup of warm water
3/4 Cup of oil
2 Eggs
1 Bag of your favorite Chocolate Chips (I used mini choc. chips)

*Note, DO NOT mix up the cake mix as directed on the box, you just need the dry mix for this recipe.*
Put everything (except the chocolate chips) in a bowl and mix together. Once it’s mixed, add 1/2 of the bag of chocolate chips. (Or more if you wish )
Put liners in your muffin pans and fill each liner 1/2-3/4 full
Bake them in the oven at 350 degrees (Fahrenheit) for 25-30 minutes.
