Pop Up Pancakes

These are also known as German Pancakes but my kids like the pop up name better.  We loved making the little individual ones and of course they tasted great!

Make and Takes

6 tbl. butter
6 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour  
1/2 tsp. salt
Place all ingredients in blender and mix till smooth.  Place in greased 9 x 13 pan, jelly roll pan or muffin tin (makes 24 pancakes so you will need 2 pans).  Bake 450 for 15-20 min.
