Chile Egg Puff

My husbands family makes this every year for Easter, it is really fattening but tasty and easy to make.

10 beaten eggs
1 lb. cheddar cheese grated
2 small cans green chilies
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. monterrey jack cheese grated
1/3 c. butter
ham chopped or 1lb. cooked and crumbled bacon
1 tsp. baking powder
1 pint cottage cheese

I halfed this recipe for my family.  Mix altogether and bake 350 for 45 min. in 9x13 pan.
