Canning Tomatoes

1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbl. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. sugar

Place tomatoes in boiling water for 30 seconds.  Remove into cold water and peel.  Stuff quart sized jars full, clean top of jar and then place canning lid on top.  Place in canner filled with water at least 1 inch above jars.  Bring to boil then let boil for 40 min.
