Chicken Pasta Salad with Teriyaki Dressing

The dressing on this is absolutely delicious.  It's a sweet soy sauce flavor with a hint of homemade sesame oil.  Eat this cold or hot.  Tastes even better the next day.

12 oz. Rotelle noodles or other
1/4 c. sesame seeds
1/2 c. oil
1/3 c. teriyaki sauce (Kikkoman)
1 TBL vinegar
3TBL. Sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 large chicken breasts cooked and shredded
1/2 c. green onions chopped
1 pkg. Baby spinach (fresh)

Cook rotelle, drain and rinse. In frying pan combine seeds and 1/4 c. oil till seeds are golden watch closely so they don’t burn. Let cool then add remaining oil, teriyaki, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour over cooked pasta. Add chicken. Better as a leftover. Serve with baby spinach leaves. Toss lightly. For more taste add extra dressing.
