Creamy Enchiladas


This is not a typical enchilada it is a more creamy version because of the cream of mushroom soup mixed into the enchilada sauce.  yum.


2 Cooked Shredded Chicken Breasts
2 cans enchilada sauce
2 cans cream mushroom soup or cream of chicken
1 bunch Green onions
Cheddar cheese
Tortillas
Sour Cream
White Rice
1 can Black beans optional

Mix 1 can of enchilada sauce with 1 can cream of mushroom soup, then add chicken and green onions and black beans if desired. Place inside tortillas with cheese and place in baking dish. Mix 1 can enchilada and 1 can cream of mushroom soup and pour over enchiladas, sprinkle with cheese and bake until heated. Serve with remaining ingredients.
