1/4 cup butter
3 TBL flour
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp salt
1-2 cups cheese
1 1/2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
Melt butter add flour, cook until it bubbles. Add milk, salt, cheese and pepper to taste. Cook macaroni and and add to sauce. Serve with grandma's yummy canned tomato's
