M&M Meringues

2 egg whites
1 pinch cream of tarter
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. m&m’s

Mix egg whites and cream of tartar till foamy. Slowly add sugar and beat till stiff. Fold in M&M’s. Drop large spoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake 350 for 20 min. Turn off oven and let set rest of hour. I usually don’t let them sit for the hour, it dries them out more, and I like them softer.
