Buttermilk Brownies or Texas Sheet Cake

This is one of my favorites, I think there are other names for it like, Texas sheet cake, etc. It's works really well if you have a chocolate craving!

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3-4 TBL. cocoa
1 c. butter
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs

Combine dry ingredients. Heat next 3 ingredients until butter melts then pour into dry ingredients and beat for 1 minute. Add eggs and beat 1 minute. Pour into a buttered and floured heet cake pan and bake 325 for 15-20 minutes or till done.

Frosting:

1/2 c. butter
6 TBL. milk
3-4 TBL. cocoa
4 c. pwd. sugar

Heat first 3 ingredients until butter melts, then add pwd. sugar and beat until smooth. Frost brownies while warm.
