Chicken Pitas

3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. dried onion
1/2 tsp. vinegar

Mix together and add:

3 cups chopped, cooked chicken
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup grated carrots
5 oz. frozen peas
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
Salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve cold in pita pockets.

I haven't tried this recipe yet, but hopefully it's good!!
