Fruit Pizza

This is honestly the best fruit pizza that I have ever had!! You have to try this! (Or just come to Kim's baby shower and you can try it there!)

Crust (makes 2 pizzas)
1 pkg yellow cake mix
1/4 c. water
2 eggs
1/2 c. margarine
1/4 c. brown sugar

Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.

Cream Filling
2- 8 oz. packages of cream cheese
1 cup sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Let crust cool completely. Mix cream filling ingredients well and spread onto cooled crust. Top with a variety of fresh fruit.

Glaze
2 T. corn starch
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup pineapple juice

Boil on stovetop and thicken. Allow to cool and pour over the top of the pizza. Refrigerate until time to serve.
