These next 5 recipes are from Jessica a sister in law of mine, I had been asking her for some of her recipes and these look delicious. She said she has more that she will send, yippee, I think maybe she should become a Sweet Pea contributor what do you think!

In mixing bowl beat:
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
Add:
- 1 cup flour (whole wheat optional)
- ¼ tsp salt
Add: anything you wish!
Options:
- Cheese
- Bacon
- Mushrooms
- Cinnamon & sugar served with honey butter
