Grandma's Apples/applesauce

Cook 8-10 apples in pot with 1 c. orange juice 10 min. Stir in 1/2 c. sugar or to taste, 2 tsp. lemon zest, 1/2 tsp cinnamon and continue to cook till tender. Eat as apples or put in blender or food processor to make applesauce.
