Colcannon

Ok so after the St. Patricks Day Corned Beef Feast there always seems to be a lot of leftovers.  So I found this recipe to make a second dish out of what was left.  Supposedly it is an Irish dish that is made during Halloween and has a whole story behind it but I thought it worked better to make this with leftovers after st. patty's day.  It pretty much tastes like mashed potatoes with ham in it.

Potatoes mashed
cabbage
buter or sour cream or cream cheese or a combo (however you normally like your mashed potatoes)
garlic
green onions
milk or cream
corned beef cubed
s&p as needed
parmesan cheese ( I added this ingredient)

Mash all ingredients together and put it in a casserole dish and sprinkle parmesan on top and put in 350 oven till warmed through or cheese is brown.
