Baked Orange Cinnamon French Toast

Orange juice infused bread topped with a cinnamon honey syrup, gives this french toast the perfect duo of flavors.

2-4 TBL. butter melted
2 TBL. honey
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1/2 c. orange juice
6 slices bread (cinnamon raisin bread would be great with this)

I doubled this recipe and put it on a baking sheet, I also doubled the sauce and drizzled half on top of the bread so that both sides had the delicious honey cinnamon on it, then we didn't need any extra syrup.

Combine butter, honey and cinnamon and pour into a greased 13x9 pan, spread out to cover bottom of pan.  Beat eggs and orange juice in bowl and dip bread into egg mixture and place in prepared pan.  Bake 400 for 15-20 minutes or until golden.  Serve with additional honey or syrup.
