Sukuyaki

Sorry I couldn't find a picture of this one, use your imagination!  Slightly sweet asian dish with steak and veggies and sooooo easy to make.  This is absolutely delicious and ALWAYS dissapears super fast, I made this last night and it was gone before I could even get any.  Just a warning that you might want to make double this recipe!

1-2 pounds round steak or other
1 c. water
2 carrots chopped (I just throw in half a bag of baby carrots)
1/2 head cabbage chopped
1 onion chopped
3/4 c. soy sauce
3/4 c. brown sugar

Sautee onions with a little olive oil, when translucent add remaining ingredients bring to boil then simmer for 15 minutes or till meat is done.  Serve over Jasmine rice!!!!  You can add whatever you want to this, the original recipe also had tofu (add right before serving), green onions and celery in it.
