This is a very easy and tasty meatloaf. Anything with bbq sauce and stuffing makes for a good meal! 2 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. 6 oz. stove top stuffing mix for chicken
1 c. water
2 eggs beaten
1/4-1/2 c. bbq sauce
Mix together and place in loaf pan, top with more bbq sauce. Bake 375 for 1 hour
