Oriental Beef Paillards

3/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. sesame oil
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp. pepper
1 pnd. steak

Pound each halved steak to ¼-inch thickness. Add steak to marinade, turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Grill or cook in skillet
