French Dip Crescents

This is such an easy and yummy go to recipe when you are in a pinch for time or ideas.  You can keep all these ingredients in the freezer including the tubes of uncooked crescent rolls and pull out for a fast meal.  Or you could make them up and freeze them that way as well.

Mama Loves Food

2 tubes crescent rolls, 8 count
1 pound deli roast beef, thinly sliced
4 ounces Swiss or provolone cheese
Au Jus for dipping (I make the Au Jus packets from the spice section)

Unroll crescents onto a large cookie sheet.
Place a slice of roast beef and a piece of cheese on each crescent.
Roll crescents starting from the wide end and ending at the narrow end.
Bake at 375 degrees for 11 to 13 minutes, until crescents are a golden color.
Serve with Au Jus and enjoy!
